Â· Electrolytic grade Copper Tube is used for best conductivity.
Â· Silicon Rubber Tapes: For taping on copper turns
Â· Fiber Glass Tape: 10 mm thick for tapping on copper turn
Â· Fiber Glass Woven Tape: 3 mm thick for support back up
Â· FRP/ Syandino Coil Spacer for inter turn spacing
Â· Coil Support: High densified wood/ FRP coil support
Â· Flexo Coat: An epoxy insulating paint (base & hardener)
Â· Epoxy Resine
Â· Teflon Sheet for coil top & bottom insulation
Â· SS Dummy Ring: Top and bottom wherever necessary.
Â· Tuff seal to seal holes of coil support
Â· Genuine Brass hardware for best strength of the coil

Repairing of coil is done
1. Descalling of Coil.
2. Water pressure test up to 15 bar for 1 hour
3. Insulation of coil is done using Silicon Rubber Tape, Fiber Glass Tape, Flexocoat Hardener and Base, Epoxy bisphenol resin to withstand High Voltages.
4. High densified Permali woods are used for strong support of Induction Coil.
5. Brass hardware of lead free brass metal is used for best strength.
